RESIDENTIAL AREA NO. 4 - Outside City Limits
ELIZABETH PARK ESTATES
(4 miles west of Brockville on Hwy 2)
(1) Elizabeth Park Estates
A development area where the homes are less than 12 years old. Most are
bungalows or two storey and all are single family units. Prices range
from $110,000 to $170,000. All are on l/2 acre lots with private well
and septic systems.
(2) Lily Bay Estates/Lily Bay Shores
Two newer developments; 'Estates' being a 34 lot subdivision with 2 acre
treed lots, priced at $65,000 and suitable for larger single family homes,
with private well and septic systems. Prices start about $235,000, and
go as high as $350,000 for very large bungalows.
'Shores' is a 12 lot riverside development, and only resale-lots are
available. These range from $110,000 to $140,000, for a 3/4 acre lot having
a private dock in shared area. This is also a development which requires
individual wells and septic systems.
(3) Hillcrest Park Subdivison
New housing development, 2 miles west of the Brockville Country Club on
Highway #2. Consisting of 38 one acre lots priced from $36,900.00. New
homes designed and build from $159,000 to $259,000.
MAITLAND AREA
(6 miles east of Brockville on Highway 2)
(1) McLean Subdivision
Housing in this development ranges in age from 3 to 20 years. Prices vary
from $90,000 to $110,000 for bungalows and side-splits, from $105,000
to $135,000 for large split level and two storey homes. Prices will vary
with features added such as patios, garages, pools, carpets, etc. Most
house lots are 75 X 100 in size and are all on private well and septic
systems.
(2) Maitland Park Estates
Located on the east side of the Maitland Road is an established 134 lot
residential area, the houses being between 1 and 14 years of age. Prices
range from $145,000 to $220,000 for bungalows and split-level homes and
from $155,000 to $280,000 for two storey homes with garages or carports.
All are on 1/2 acre lots with private well and septic systems, with very
few lots still available. On the west side of the Maitland Road lies the
newer development area, with prices generally in the $165,000 to $235,000
range depending on size and style.
(3) Irace Subdivision (Lions Gate)
About 2 miles east of Brockville, along Hwy 2, lies this small development
of executive homes, sized in the 3000 sq ft plus range, with prices in
the $300,000 to $375,000 range.
NORTH OF BROCKVILLE
Tincap
A 70 lot development area, about 50% complete and with a significant number
of new homes under construction. Large bungalows and side-splits are the
predominant styles with prices ranging from $135,000 to $200,000 for a
2000 square foot model with two-car garage. All lots are served by private
well and septic systems.
