Doug Ralph is one of the only recipients in the Brockville area of the
Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Associations M.V.A. Residential (Market
Value Appraiser) designation.
Holders of this designation are real estate professionals with expert
knowledge of local markets and comprehensive education in the field
of residential appraisal. They may conduct appraisals on residential
properties (up to and including two units) and vacant residential lots
for mortgage and lending purposes.
M.V.A. Residential designees must possess a minimum of five years residential
sales experience and demonstrate continued activity in their local real
estate market. They are also required to uphold CREA's strict Code of
Ethics and Standard of Business Practice.
